Xands is the Fitness arm of Ginger Fitness and Rehabilitation. We have been in practice for 13 years. All our clinical staff are knowledgable in exercise and functional training- Your fitness trainer could be Doctor of Physical Therapy, PT, PTA, or experienced Personal Trainers or Exercise Physiologists.
We believe in the CONTINUING FITNESS and WELLNESS of EVERYONE.
You do not just stop at rehab. YOU GO ON WITH YOUR LIFE!

Any clients who wish to improve life functions would benefit. Below are some projects:

  • Adaptive or guided sports: golf, bowl, gardening, dancing, soccer, baseball, football, etc
  • Adaptive Activities of Daily and Community Living: Cooking, baking, computer usage, and even driving! (see more below)

  • Creative writing: helping put together words and poems, story telling, life history project
